The 13th Triple Crown winner is in the history books as Justify remains undefeated and is a perfect 6 for 6-lifetime wins. Justify held off a late-charging Gronkowski down the stretch. Justify became the second undefeated Triple Crown champion in horse racing history.
Under Hall of fame jockey Mike Smith, Justify quickly got out of the starting gate and never looked back going wire to wire to become the latest Triple Crown winner since American Pharoah accomplished this is in 2015.
Here were the payouts for the Belmont Stakes.
As you can see below, I placed a couple of wagers on the Belmont Stakes. A $5 win/place/show bet on Justify along with a $2 straight Trifecta bet using Justify on top.
That was a nice return of $484.25 for a total of $35 wagered!!!
