1-3/8 Miles (11 Furlongs) on the Turf open to 3-Year-Olds and Up
The winner of the Del Mar Handicap will earn a guaranteed entry in the $4 Million Breeders Cup Turf Classic.
TVG Pacific Classic / G1 Stakes / Purse: $1,000,000
1-1/4 Miles (10 Furlongs) on Dirt open to 3-Year-Olds and Up
The winner of the TVG Pacific Classic will earn a guaranteed entry in the $6 Million Breeders Cup Classic.
Arrogate who is the North American money earnings champion (Career earnings over $17 million) will try to bounce back in the TVG Pacific Classic. Finishing a disappointing 4th place in the San Diego Handicap he’s looking to regain his championship form.
TVG Pacific Classic is a Grade 1 Stakes race with a $1 million purse run at a distance of 1-1/4 miles on the dirt course.
